Terms of Service

All turnkey integration projects, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Facility Management Services (FMS) are executed pursuant to written Statements of Work (SOW) or purchase orders outlining equipment specifications, deliverables, and payment milestones.

All hardware supplied (including Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco, Fortinet, and Lenovo products) carries direct Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranties. SRV INFOSYSTEMS assists in warranty claims, RMA exchanges, and standby equipment dispatch as per the applicable AMC tier.

Incident response times (including 15-minute priority triage for Severity 1 outages) apply to contracted corporate clients under active AMC or FMS maintenance agreements.

All agreements and commercial terms are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
